Position Title: Senior Executive Store
Location: Lahore
Job Summary:
To manage and control all store operations including inventory management, material receipt, storage, issuance, and stock accuracy to ensure smooth production operations and cost efficiency.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Raw Material store operations in a manufacturing industry
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP preferred)
- Understanding of manufacturing materials and processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Leadership and team handling skills
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Inventory accuracy
- Stock variance
- Material availability for production
- Reduction in slow/non-moving inventory
- Audit compliance score
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive raw materials (RMs) from the RACO team in accordance with approved documentation and procedures
- Physically verify quantities of received materials after quality inspection to ensure accuracy
- Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the system in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials in designated locations as per store layout and binning system
- Issue required materials to production both physically and through the system, ensuring proper documentation and authorization
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy through effective inventory control and monitoring
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels & Conduct regular stock audits (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Prepare and organize records for monthly inventory audits
- Assist in stock audits by ensuring compliance with audit requirements and resolving discrepancies
- Support senior management in preparing inventory-related reports and analysis
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures within the store area
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Finance teams
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and inventory losses & ensure efficient material handling practices
