We’re inviting applications from self motivated and experienced professionals for the position of Manager HR at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore

Job Summary:

The Manager HR (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals for a rapidly growing cloud technology environment. This role drives people strategies, strengthens organizational capabilities, and ensures seamless delivery of HR services across talent acquisition, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and people engagement. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in the full spectrum of HR functions and deep understanding of IT or cloud industry dynamics.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BBA / MHRM / MBA HR or any other equivalent qualification
  • 08 to 09 Years in cloud, IT, or tech-based is highly preferred.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRMP, CHRP, PHRi) will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

  • Partner with department heads to understand business priorities and develop HR solutions accordingly.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent deployment, and succession planning.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Advise managers on employee performance, behavior, and development interventions.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, cloud, and support roles.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and culture induction for new hires.
  • Manage exit processes including offboarding, exit interviews, and retention analytics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job roles, competencies, and recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee attendance management, leave administration, and HR recordkeeping.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll coordination with Finance.
  • Manage employee medical and health insurance programs, including vendor liaison.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as custodian of HR SOPs, audits, and documentation.
  • Address employee grievances and conduct fair investigations where required.
  • Strengthen employee engagement through structured initiatives, surveys, and action plans.
  • Promote a high-performance culture through feedback, coaching, and performance management cycles.
  • Support leadership in building an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative work environment.
  • Facilitate annual goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend learning & development programs.
  • Implement leadership development and succession planning frameworks.
  • Prepare periodic dashboards on recruitment, attrition, attendance, and workforce metrics.
  • Use HR data to support decision-making, trend analysis, and forecasting.
