We’re looking for a driven Deputy Manager Sales to strengthen our institutional portfolio, build long-term client relationships, and lead sales activities across hotels, hospitals, universities, government institutions, and major accounts.
Details are as follows:

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore

Job Summary:

This position shall be responsible for retaining clients and building relationships with various institutions. Moreover, meeting financial objectives and performance measures through a solutions-oriented and collaborative sales approach.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BBA \ MBA or any other equivalent qualification
  • 6 to 8 years of sales and tender experience in the home textile or bedding industry

Job Description:

  • Develop PR with existing and potential institutions.
  • Retain clients and extend the life of relationships by building trust and confidence in Master’s capabilities and organizational stability.
  • Establish new relationships by proactively prospecting and marketing to potential new clients.
  • Regular follow-up on orders and upcoming demand.
  • Observe and evaluate the performance of reporting Sales Team members on regular basis.
  • Act as mentor for the reporting staff and train them on technicalities as and when needed.
  • Authorize monthly plans for reporting sales team members.
  • Visit hotels, private hospitals, colleges and surgical markets for follow ups whenever necessary for making effective contact for business generation.
  • Visit the institutions of regular business to have good relations with concerned authorities.
  • Manage the balance of respective dealing accounts. Regular follow up for the payment against the supply made to the accounts.
  • Proper documentation of submitting tenders.
  • Proper follow up of invoice and submission of billing.
  • Responsible for Institutional Sales with Govt. Hospitals, Universities, Pak Railway, Pak Army and Cadet Colleges.
  • Responsible for Direct Sales with Hotels, Private Hospitals, Surgical Markets, Private Universities/Colleges and Private Hostels, Clubs, etc.    
  • Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing.
