We’re inviting applications from self motivated and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager Administration at Lahore.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration / Management or equivalent).
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Vendor and facility management experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily administrative activities including office management, housekeeping, security and transport services.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of plant/factory administrative operations.
  • Manage company assets, utilities, and facilities (buildings, offices, furniture, equipment).
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure proper inventory control of admin-related items and stationery.
  • Assist in negotiation and renewal of admin-related contracts.
  • Ensure implementation of safety, security, and access control procedures.
  • Support compliance with labor laws, company SOPs, and audit requirements.
  • Assist in preparation and monitoring of the administration budget.
  • Control administrative expenses and ensure cost optimization.
  • Process invoices and coordinate with Accounts for timely payments.
  • Support company events, employee activities, audits, and official visits.
  • Handle employee admin-related grievances and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admin reports.
  • Maintain records related to assets, vendors, contracts, and expenses.
