Position Title: Advertising Officer
Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
Job Summary:
The position is responsible for assisting in the execution of advertising campaigns and coordinating with vendors.
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA / MBA Marketing
- Fresh – 1 year of relevant experience
Skills:
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.
Job Description:
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
- Supporting the line manager and other colleagues in arranging various types of printed material.
- Writing text for leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and proofreading written material
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs
- Rigorous follow-up with designers and printers to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs
- Ensuring timely distribution of promotional materials.
- Strictly follow the advertising schedule assigned by the HOD.
- Assisting the HOD in running ATLs and BTLs campaigns.
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications – or on the radio
- Organizing and representing in events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Evaluating marketing campaigns and submitting analytics to Advertising Manager
- Monitoring and reporting competitor activities to the HOD.
- Any other task assigned by the management regarding advertising.
