Details are as follows:
Position Title: Director of Sales
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Islamabad
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 Years of relevant experience in the field
Experience:
- 8-10 years experience in retail development, retail strategy, leasing & operations especially in shopping malls, or large-scale projects
- Proven expertise in tenant/licensee negotiations, retail mix design, and business growth
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Mentor and develop the sales team, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends. Oversee the preparation of compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, events, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
