Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Director of Sales
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Islamabad
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 Years of relevant experience in the field
Experience:
- 8-10 years experience in retail development, retail strategy, leasing & operations especially in shopping malls, or large-scale projects
- Proven expertise in tenant/licensee negotiations, retail mix design, and business growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Sales in providing effective leadership to the sales team by helping set clear goals and performance expectations to achieve revenue targets.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their requirements are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Support the development of the sales team by providing guidance, on-the-job coaching, and assistance with training initiatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and monitor industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, events, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and review sales reports and forecasts for submission to the Director of Sales and senior management.
