Position Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Centre Operator to handle inbound and outbound communications. The role involves assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive service experience while maintaining accurate records.
Qualification and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required
- Provide information, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints professionally
- Record and update customer details in relevant systems
- Follow scripts, procedures, and service standards
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Meet performance and response time targets
