HBL is hiring Regional Recovery Manager at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position: Regional Recovery Manager
Location: RHQ – HBL Tower 11th floor, Blue Area, Islamabad
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 years of Credit and Recovery experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Delivering Business Performance
- Profitability of the consumer business by minimizing the NCL.
- Maintain the credit losses as per the assigned targets.
- Negotiate with seriously delinquent customers and obtain payments to minimize losses.
- Manage the w-off portfolio of secured and unsecured products in a manner to recover maximum amount from defaulted customers.
- Manage Flow of GCO as per assigned targets.
- Manage the region in order to achieve results against assigned monthly targets.
- Give the daily and monthly targets to recovery managers and also provide the guide line for achieving benchmarks.
- Analyze and act on all system generated reports, prepare strategies accordingly that will identify potential problem areas and recommend specific action points to help manage the portfolio.
Process Management
- Ensure that all reference material (Collections Manuals, Credit Policies, SBP Regulations and code of conduct & ethics) is readily available to Staff & Collectors.
- Exercise adequate control over the entire regional recovery team in terms of:
- Capacity planning.
- Productivity.
- Delinquent accounts resolution.
- Account coverage.
- Make sure that policies are being followed and overseeing procedures for handling of defaulted customers.
- Ensure legal resource and follow-up on delinquent accounts where applicable.
- Continuously review the portfolio and collection reports to hot list potential delinquent accounts.
- Liaise with Legal/ Law enforcing authorities for speedy recovery process.
- Ensure that all the actions are guided by the current Retails and Collection policy.
People Development & Management
- Responsible for hiring and recruitment of Recovery staff at regional level to ensure adherence to capacity plan.
- Motivating, managing and counselling the recovery staff to ensure their continued focus towards achievement of overall recovery targets.
- Supervise and develop direct reports in a manner to enable them to take a higher responsibility.
- Ensure comprehensive training program and extensive training is conducted for all recovery staff in the team.
