Position Title: Assistant Manager – Operations
Location: Islamabad
Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification and Experience:
- Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.
- Minimum 03 years of relevant experience of Branch Operations specifically in lending portfolio.
Competencies:
- Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Strong research, writing & analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Adequate knowledge of relevant areas & industry dynamics
- Expertise in MS Office.
Job Description:
- Perform entire activities/functions of the post sanction/approval requirements
- Completion of Legal documentation, execution of Financing agreement and security perfection
- Perform entire activities of facility settlement, insurance claim processing, bullet/balloon payment.
- Prepare timely and accurate reporting of various reports as required by the authorities.
- Maintain liaison with internal/external stakeholders for related activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/ complaints.
- Ensure compliance of audit observations/ SBP & Commercial audit paras.
- Identify process improvements and suggest ideas for simplification and enhancement of customer experience.
- Any other task as assigned by the higher authorities.
