Fauji Foundation is hiring a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager Admin (Civil) at Fauji Foundation Hospital, Rawalpindi.
Details are as follows:

Location: Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full Time – Regular
Age Limit: Up to 55 Years

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • 3–5 years of relevant experienc
  • Experience in a fast-paced or matrix organization is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Administration matters

Job Responsibilities:

Role will work under GM / SM (Administration) and will be directly responsible  for the efficient functioning of the Administration Branch. Role will be responsible to all administrative financial matters of Adm Br i.e. checking bills of local purchase, upkeep of the branch budget. Following duties / tasks / functions will be performed by the role incumbent:

  • Assist in receipt of administrative demands from Divisions / Branches and making arrangements for their provision after approval from SM Adm.
  • Oversee adm Budgeting, processing and reconciliation of CAPEX (300 M) & OPEX (250 M) expenditure.
  • To assist in projects execution process, including coordination with vendors, making presentations and tracking projects deadline.
  • Conduct and submission of quarterly Adm expenditure analysis.
  • Assessing minute sheets of Building Maint, SMT, Guest Rooms, Tea Bars, MT,  Comm, and Horticulture etc.
  • Verification and checking the correctness of bills/amount spent and signing of each bill.
  • Assist in innovation, cost-saving measures, financial assessments, assessing BOQ’s of Adm projects.
  • Inspect the freshly purchased stores for their quantity and quality.
  • Assist in planning and execution of official events and meetings.
  • Assist to oversee correct billing, setting menu and provision of quality food at Offrs Café / Staff Canteen and Tea Bars.
  • Assist in Sty provn to all Divs / Deptts and maintain stock taking ledgers.
  • Oversee demands and financial matters of PFM (Pakistan Facility Management).
  • Remain aval as rel during leave / rotation.
  • Keep a thorough check on new purchases of eqpt and used eqpt in store.
  • Ensure proper disposal of eqpt in store as per the board proceedings.
