Emporium Mall is hiring a Payable Supervisor to join our Finance team. If precision, accountability, and excellence define your work, this role is for you.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Payable Supervisor
Location: Lahore
Preferred Skills & Qualifications::
- M.Com/ACCA (Qualified or Finalist) / Equivalent.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel, strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting). High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in handling financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify all supplier and contractual invoices in accordance with approved agreements and company policies.
- Supervise and ensure timely vendor payments with complete documentation and reconciliations.
- Review and perform monthly bank and supplier ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Prepare and validate monthly expense accruals to support accurate financial reporting and closing activities.
- Maintain and update vendor master data, monitor payment schedules, and ensure adherence to credit terms.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, withholding tax, and sales tax regulations.
- Coordinate and support finance and audit teams during internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to manage asset capitalization and closure of work-in-progress accounts.
