Dolmen Group is looking to fill position of Manager/Sr. Manager Maintenance at its state of the art project; Dolmen Mall Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Manager/Sr. Manager Maintenance
Location: Lahore
Subsidiary: Sindbad’s Wonderland
Qualification & Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline is required.
- 5+ years of proven maintenance management experience, preferably within the FEC, amusement park, or hospitality industries.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a diverse range of electronic and mechanical systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to coordinate effectively across departments and with external partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily maintenance and repair operations for all arcade games, high-tech attractions, and rides.
- Implement and lead a robust preventive maintenance program to maximize equipment uptime and longevity. Ensure 100% adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and technical compliance protocols.
- Manage the maintenance department budget, optimize spare parts inventory, and oversee vendor relationships.
- Supervise and mentor the technical staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on troubleshooting and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility safety and operational technical excellence.
