Dalda Foods is hiring for the position of AM Maintenance at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: AM Maintenance
Location: Dairy / Tea whitener Manufacturing Site Based in Lahore
Requirements:
- Qualification: BSc. Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience: 5 – 6 Yrs.
- Expertise: Equipment maintenance and Utilities operations
Skills Requirements
- Problem-solving
- Project Management (Microsoft Project Management)
- RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Data Analysis (Excel / PowerBI)
- Lean Six Sigma Tools (Green Belt preferred)
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan & Execute Preventive maintenance.
- Supervise Maintenance/Boiler Operations Team.
- Expertise of Operations: Industrial Chillers, Boilers, RO Plants, Air Compressors, Water Turbines.
- Maintenance execution of homogenizers, tubular/plate heat exchangers, pumps, aseptic Valves.
- Exposure to project management; greenfield experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP PM module preferred.
- Monitor KPIs like OEE, MME, MTTR and improve by implementation of Lean Six Sigma tools.
