The City School is looking to fill the position of Deputy Manager Design and Construction at the Regional Office – North, Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Deputy Manager Design and Construction
Location: Regional Office – North, Islamabad
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Masters Degree in Civil Engineering (Must be PEC registered)
- 7-8 years of experience in construction industry including Hospitals, Real State, Infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all construction and renovation projects from concept and design to completion.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and milestones in coordination with the head office and site teams.
- Review and approve BOQs, design drawings, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure seamless design integration.
- Ensure all designs meet company standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for submission to the GM or Director Construction.
- Maintain organised documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance
