Cheezious currently hiring for the position of B2B Sales Manager – Sugreve at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:

Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Islamabad

Qualification & Experience::

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration BBA/MBA, Marketing, Sales, Management, Commerce, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
  • Experience in food, bakery, gifting, hospitality, or FMCG is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable with field visits and corporate meetings
  • Ability to represent a premium brand with professionalism
  • Based in or familiar with the Islamabad / Rawalpindi corporate landscape

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients including offices, multinational companies, banks, tech firms, agencies, schools, and other institutions
  • Represent Sugreve as a premium bakery brand and pitch corporate offerings such as:
    • Employee gifting solutions
    • Birthday and anniversary celebrations
    • Festive occasions Eid, Independence Day, New Year, etc.
    • Corporate events and special celebrations
  • Drive bulk cake and dessert sales while ensuring repeat business and long-term corporate partnerships
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong corporate sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
  • Coordinate closely with:
    • Operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customized orders
    • Marketing team for sales presentations, proposals, brochures, and promotional material
  • Track and report sales performance, including:
    • Client meetings conducted
    • Leads generated
    • Orders successfully closed
    • Achievement of monthly revenue targets
  • Ensure a premium customer experience through professional communication, conduct, and high service standards
