BCL is looking for a skilled and qualified professional for the position of Graphic Designer at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Islamabad
Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for creating visually engaging designs that communicate brand messages effectively across various digital and print platforms. The Graphic Designer will ensure all creative outputs align with the company’s branding guidelines and marketing objectives while adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 02 to 04 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of UI/UX and experience in digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is preferred.
- Previous experience in branding, marketing campaigns, or a creative agency is preferred.
- Comfortable to work from 12:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m.
Job Description:
- Responsible for developing visual content including marketing materials, social media assets, website banners, presentations, and other design collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure all designs maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Edit and enhance graphics, illustrations, photos, and videos for use across multiple platforms.
- Prepare design files for both digital use and print production as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to design tasks.
- Assist in conducting quality checks and proofing to ensure final deliverables are error-free and high-quality.
