BCL is looking for a dynamic and qualified professional for the position of Front Desk Officer at Islamabad. This position will be responsible for handling front office reception and administrative related duties.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Islamabad
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate.
- 01 to 02 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Comply to HSE policy.
Job Description:
- Operate telephone exchange, answer the incoming calls and transfer calls to the concerned department/person.
- Greet visitors and guide them to concerned department/person.
- Respond to visitors questions professionally and courteously.
- Take messages and communicate to the concerned person.
- Keep the telephone directory updated with employee’s details.
- Schedule meetings and arrange lunch/refreshments for various meetings.
- Any other duty assigned by the management.
