BCL is looking for a skilled and qualified professional for the position of Assistant Manager Treasury at Islamabad.

Position Title: Assistant Manager Treasury
Location: Islamabad
Position Purpose:
The role is responsible for performing timely and accurate bank reconciliations, ensuring that all financial transactions recorded in the system align with bank statements, and resolving discrepancies through coordination with internal teams and banks. It also involves managing daily operational tasks related to cash management and treasury operations.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors / Masters.
- 02 to 04 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements:
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters).
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
- Work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for BCL, BPL, and BCS, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- Match bank statement entries with ERP/ledger records and identify variances for correction.
- Coordinate with banks and internal departments (Treasury, AP/AR, Finance, etc.) to resolve pending reconciliation items.
- Provide support in pledge and de-pledge of stock with banks.
- Arrange and manage bank visits for BCL, MAP, and BPL sites.
- Support preparation of cash flow statements for BCL, BCS, BPL, BReT, MAP Food, and MAP.
- Handle all account opening and closing formalities across all banking partners.
- Provide support on external and internal audit queries, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
- Prepare monthly finance cost reports for MAP Rice.
- Prepare monthly weighted average cost calculations for MAP Rice.
- Maintain an updated list of bank-wise Presidents and Group Heads for communication, approvals, and compliance purposes.
