BCL is looking for a skilled and qualified professional for the position of HR Officer – Benefit Administration at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: HR Officer – Benefit Administration
Location: Islamabad
Position Purpose:
This position is responsible to provide and facilitate all employees Medical & Life insurance benefit and all claims (OPD, IP, Maternity) of employees.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate
- Fresh / 01 year of experience
Specific Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills
- Command on MS excel & Word
- Good Knowledge of Insurance industry
Job Description:
- Coordination with Broker, Management & Works, for finalization & implementation of Health and Life Insurance Policy across organization.
- Processing of premium invoices (GLI, GHI), Policy documentation & Health cards
- Processing of fluctuation payments (GLI and GHI)
- Verification of claims with regards to Company Policy Processing of all the OPD & IPD claims across organization
- Processing of Life Insurance Claims (Accident/ Death)
- Follow up & coordination with Broker & Works till the settlement with Insurance Company & to legal heirs.
- Processing of employee’s dependents additions, deletions, leavers and joiners to Insurance Company
- Ensure all claims are recorded disease, dependent and location wise
- Day to day task/ correspondence
- Prepare reports as per requirement of Management
- Providing guidance to employee regarding medical policy & benefits along with facilitating hospital admissions.
- Conducting of Health Insurance sessions across all Works
