Your responsibilities will include driving sales, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree and excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
Skills & Competencies:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets for assigned customers.
· Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
· Identify and address client needs, proposing solutions that deliver value.
· Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
· Actively Track and Manage the KPIs of Sales Recovery targets and OTIF of every customer.

· Develop and implement annual sales targets, manage monthly forecasts, and identify new business opportunities for growth and retention.
· Lead the sales team to meet sales and recovery targets while maintaining contribution margins, providing training to improve performance.
· Resolve customer complaints and manage internal/external issues to ensure high satisfaction and seamless sales processes.
· Collaborate with internal departments (design, customer service, production) to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
