Position: Deputy Manager Accounts

Employment Status: Contract
Qualifications:
Sixteen (16) years of education in the field of Accounting/Business Administration/Chartered Accountancy/Commerce/Finance/Accountancy from HEC recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field in public / private sector organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall Supervision of Accounts.
- Monitor utilization of Budget under approved limits and Financial Rules.
- Perform pre-audit, verification, and processing of employee expense claims as per rules.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors as per the terms of the contract, especially health insurance premiums.
- Ensure disbursement of Salaries and wages within a stipulated time.
- Prepare withholding tax reconciliation and ensure timely deposit into Govt. treasury.
- Prepare data for monthly withholding tax statements and liaison with tax consultant for their timely submission to FBR / PRA.
- Bookkeeping and posting of financial transactions to appropriate account heads in SAP.
- Processing of employee advances and ensuring their timely adjustment/recoveries.
- Monitor Petty cash utilization.
- Coordinate with internal audits, statutory auditors, and Auditor General.
- Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field in public / private sector organization. Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiations and contract administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and align with company policies and standards.
- Monitor contract performance, track key milestones, and enforce contract terms and conditions.
- Identify and resolve any contractual issues, disputes, or breaches in collaboration with legal and relevant departments.
- Maintain an organized contract database, including tracking renewal dates, amendments, and terminations.
- Act as a central point of contact for coordination among various departments, project teams, vendors, and clients.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and reviews to gather input, address concerns, and drive consensus.
- Provide regular updates and reports on contract status, project progress, and any coordination-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance, deliverables, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Highlight contract compliance goals on a timely basis.
- Implementation of contract module in SAP.
