Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain workflow charts, process maps, and comprehensive system documentation.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Management, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
