Qualification and Experience:

Job Description:
- Prepare and share donor reports, updates, and acknowledgements.
- Maintain and update donor data.
- Draft, review, and manage CSR-related emails and communication.
- Handle donor queries professionally and resolve concerns.
- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain strong relationships with donors.
- Coordinate and attend donor visits, meetings, and fundraising events.
- Prepare visit reports, progress updates, and feedback summaries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely sharing.
