Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop workflow charts, process maps, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Management to ensure project alignment.
