We are looking for the services of a dynamic, exceptionally sound and self-motivated professional for the position of “Executive Alternate Channel” at Islamabad.

Position: Executive Alternate Channel
Location: Islamabad
Department: Sales & Distribution
Job Purpose:
- In this job, you will need to do the tasks required to integrate activities with our business partners. You will also work closely with both our team and outside partners to improve and set up processes for smooth business operations.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors in Business Studies/BBA from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

- Must have a comprehensive understanding about Alternate channel dynamics and float management
- Must be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Must be proficient in Power BI
- Knowledge of other data analytical tools and data science
Job Responsibilities:
- Bringing new channel partners on board and handling the entire API integration process, including whitelisting and creating tunnels with EDN’s support
- Working closely with the legal and operations teams, as well as partners, to create and upload contracts into the system
- Close coordination with network teams for the creation of site-level VPNs
- Creating Channel ID through raising requests in CRM
- Getting approvals from relevant POCs for carrying out testing with new partners
- Setting up SFTP paths with the IT team’s help for placing daily recon files on a shared path
- Finalizing partner commissions and calculating commission savings each month
- Managing and sharing tax data with internal teams and partners at the start of each month for tax submission
- Efficiently managing bundle price changes activity at night by coordinating with the PD team and partners
- Track and maintain float levels for all prepaid partners using the Retailer Balance & Recharges Report
- Coordinate with international partners for payments and with the finance team to update in the system
- Carrying out partner & Channel recharge analysis as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Should be skilled at using Microsoft Office programs like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
