Job Purpose:
- Co-ordination of all the matters related to sales channel in the territory.
- Preparing and generating reports sales performance.
- Organizing sales events and activities.
- Maintaining & disbursal of territory budget.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree is required.
- 3 to 4 Years Minimum

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination with HQ for preparation i.e. forwarding proper documentation & renewal of new and existing agreements of franchises.
- Prepare documentation and follow-up refund procedure in case of franchise resignation/termination from collection of application to the disbursal of security deposit.
- Co-ordinate with HQ & regional team for resolution of any operational issues and provision of credit to business partners.
- Follow up with Admin/S&D HQ for preparation of Franchise Outlet BOQs & Layout & resolution of Franchise Renovation Issues.
- Coordination with Engineering on getting visibility of Network Expansion in the Region & follow up on resolution of Network Issues and Network Optimization.
- Coordination and Correspondence with Sales Staff & franchisees related to new announcements of Marketing & Sales initiatives.
- Responsible for Telesales Retailer Expansion and identification of high & low performing retailers and coordination with relevant POC for related issues & resolution. Pushing sales team to maximize unique retailers and minimize the retailers with invalid requests.
- MNP-at-Retail Base Expansion.
- Monitoring of primary & secondary sales at the franchise level, Identification of low-performing franchises/areas, and devising strategies at the local/regional level to push the stock and improve the sales.
