We are looking for the services of a dynamic, exceptionally sound and self-motivated professional for the position of “Sr. Executive Coordination & Reporting” at Islamabad.

Position: Sr. Executive Coordination & Reporting
Location: Islamabad
Department: Govt. & Corporate Sales North
Reports To: Regional Director Govt. & Corporate Sales & Services – North
Job Purpose:
- To Coordinate within regional sales team and other departments to handle sales operations and analysis matters
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors’ degree in business or computer discipline
- Minimum 2 -3 years of relevant work experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Sales operations and sales analysis.
- Managing contracts and making business cases and uploading it on ROI portal.
- Uploading of agreements on Contract Management System and follow up with all stakeholders.
- Pre-ROI approvals and coordination with HQ teams on business cases.
- Serving as a Regional POC for timely information on required projects. Liaison on providing back end support to sales and Corporate Services team.
- Coordinating with other departments regarding all the operational issues and procedures faced by Sales & Corporate Services Team.
- Timely closure of Trouble Tickets and complaint handling of whole region.
- Adhoc requests handling and presentation for management.
