Zellbury hiring for the position of Lead – Training & Employer Branding at Karachi.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Lead – Training & Employer Branding
Location: Karachi
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Training & Development or Employer Branding are a plus.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in training and development, talent management, or employer branding.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing employee development programs.
- Experience in executing employer branding strategies to enhance talent acquisition and retention.
Job Description:
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and design customized learning and development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and evaluation metrics.
Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to create compelling employee engagement campaigns.
- Leverage social media, events, and internal communication channels to promote a strong employer brand.
General Responsibilities
- Build a positive and productive workplace culture through employee development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to align training and branding strategies with organizational goals
