Qualification:
- Bachelors in Marketing/Computer Science from reputable institute
Experience:
- 1 – 3 years Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software.
- Proven experience in CRM marketing with a focus on email, web push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping.
- Understanding of ecommerce metrics & GA4
- Understanding of Customer Lifecycle Marketing concepts and Retention Metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging and personalized messages.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Job Description:
As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our customer lifecycle marketing strategies. You will focus on creating seamless customer journeys that drive engagement, foster loyalty, and increase retention. This role requires hands-on experience with CRM tools, data-driven insights, and strong expertise in customer communication channels.
- Design and implement customer lifecycle marketing strategies across email, web push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp to drive engagement and retention.
- Develop and manage automated campaigns targeting different stages of the customer journey onboarding, re-engagement, retention, etc..
- Analyze customer behavior and data to segment audiences effectively and deliver tailored messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g., marketing, product, customer support to align CRM efforts with overall company goals.
- Optimize and A/B test campaigns to maximize conversion rates and ensure messaging is relevant and impactful.
- Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, using insights to refine strategies.
- Stay up to date with CRM best practices and emerging trends to keep the marketing efforts innovative
