VGO TEL invites applications from qualified individuals for the position of “IT Support Officer” at Karachi.
Details are as follows:
Position: IT Support Officer
Location: Korangi Industrial Area near Brooks Churangi, Karachi
Qualification and Experience:
- BSCS/IT/Telecom OR DAE (IT)
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Networking, Help Desk Support, Hardware Troubleshooting and OS related issues
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Provide Day to Day Troubleshooting Services for end Users both locally and remotely.
- Configure and Maintain Network Printers, Scanners and other IT Equipment.
- Providing support related to Hardware/Software to end users
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Maintain Daily Backups.
- Configure and manage email system of company using Outlook.
- Install and configure network hardware, such as routers and switches
- Monitor Attendance devices/support to the HR department
- Maintain the IT inventory.
