Uniworth is looking for a motivated and experienced “E-Commerce Executive” to join their dynamic team.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Lahore
Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in the fashion or retail sector
- Familiarity with popular e-commerce tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset and basic reporting proficiency
Job Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Odoo
- Verify accuracy and timeliness of product details, pricing, images, and stock availability
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
- Manage customer service inquiries, including returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Support the implementation of promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal discounts
- Create sales and traffic reports to analyze trends and highlight opportunities for growth
