The Urban Unit was established in 2005 as a Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Planning and Development Department under Government of the Punjab. In 2012, the PMU was transformed into an independent private sector company, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and is fully owned by Government of the Punjab.
The Urban Unit is looking for the services of exceptionally sound and self-motivated professional for the position of “Administration Officer”.
Details are as follows:
Position: Administration Officer

Employment Status: Contract
Gender: Both
Age: 18 – 40
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Minimum Graduation in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline from an HEC recognized institute.
- Experience: Fresh
Job Description:
Technical / Role Specific Skills:
- Have good knowledge of administrative works & services.
- Supervise overtime duties of support staff
- Support in managing schedules and deadlines
- Capacity building of support staff
- Handle administrative requests and queries
- Logistic & Fleet Management
- Assist in building & parking matters
- Event Management ? Assist in record keeping/file management
- Support & organizing filed offices activities related to administrative tasks
- Oversight of janitorial/support staff duty roster and spot check
- Oversee the security related matters and update to the Task Lead
- Assist in day to day office coordination
- Any other administration related tasks assigned by the Task Lead
Non-Technical Skills/Personal Characteristics:
