Royal Tag looking for dynamic and self-motivated candidate for the position of “HR Generalist” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position: HR Generalist
Qualification: MHRM / MBA HR
Experience: 3-4 Years
Skills: People Management, Good Verbal and Written Communication, Good Analytical skill, Time Management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for production staff, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes and provide feedback to management on employee performance in production.
- Ensure Attendance and leaves also payroll processes for production employees are timely and accurate.
- Prepare HR reports for senior management on workforce trends and recommendations.
