Royal Tag looking for dynamic and self-motivated candidate for the position of “Area Sales Manager” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Royaltag Head Office, Gajju Matta, Lahore
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in retail.
Skills:
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Excellent Sales and customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills, Managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support retail store teams within the assigned area.
- Monitor and exceed area revenue sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Ensure proper execution of VM guidelines and in-store displays to drive product visibility and customer engagement.
- Implement and ensure adherence to brand standards and operational policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team goals Conduct regular store visits and handle operations.
- Provide a regular report to senior management on sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
