Exciting Job Opportunity of 2025 at RISEN (Cash & Carry) Lahore.
RISEN (Cash & Carry) is looking for a dynamic and dedicated “HR Lead” to manage human resource operations at our Sabzazar branch. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Details are as follows:

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5-6 years in an HR role, preferably in retail or FMCG.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances to ensure a positive workplace environment.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Maintain attendance records and process salaries on time.
  • Training & Development: Organize training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company standards.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
