Punjab Skills Development Fund is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, established in 2010 as a not-for profit company set up by Government of Punjab. PSDF looking for the services of a dynamic and self-motivated professional for the position of “Assistant Manager Programs at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Manager Programs

Location: Lahore
Employment Status: Contract
Gender: Both
Age: 22 – 55
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Hons) / in Project Management / Management Science or any relevant / similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience and at least 2 years in a relevant / similar field.
For this role, you need to have:

- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional listening and assessment skills.
- Strong result orientation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake examine, collect, and analyze data of all existing programs/schemes.
- Assist in development of new program proposals an designs.
- Bridge between program design and program operations team for better execution strategy.
- Act like a project management office for better execution of all programs and proactively resolve program design-related issues in consultation with CPO.
- Maintain live program design dashboard in coordination with IT team
- Assist CPO on all program-related activities.
