Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Public Health / Master’s Degree in Health Economics / Master’s Degree in Health Financing / Master’s Degree in Anthropology / Master’s Degree in Health Planning / Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Master’s Degree in Public Administration from HEC/PMDC recognized institute.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in public / private sector organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and highlight the bottlenecks to fully implement the envisaged initiatives to overcome challenges in the health sector.
- Connection with key stakeholders and partners, program managers, and department officers and arrange meetings for their input to finalize the strategic direction for the department.
- Prepare draft proposals, and assist in the preparation of RFPs, Concept notes, and meeting minutes for various health initiatives.
- Provide support to the company via the department for setting up meetings, and appointments, preparation of letters, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in notifying committees of various TORs and criteria for their tasks like technical committee and coordination with the members of committees.
- Preparing data analysis of the project.
- Make different presentations of the program performance.
- Any other task related to health initiatives and coordination with parent department, hospital, and other organizations.
