Qualification and Experience:
- Sixteen years of formal education with a degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Social Sciences / Finance from a HEC recognized university.
- Minimum Two years of relevant experience in public / private sector organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Travel arrangements for employees for hospital visits to various districts and stakeholders.
- Maintain office filing system including paper files/file cabinets, shared electronic files.
- Maintain office furniture and storage layout, suggest improvements, and implement changes as needed or directed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers, supervisors, and stakeholders.
- Manage office consumables including office supplies, postage system, kitchen supplies, printers, copier supplies, stationary, etc.
- Manage company pool car’s availability and up their records.
- Manage Janitorial & Security Services staff attendance.
- Maintain repair and maintenance of company pooled vehicles.
- Keep records of the fleet cards of company-pooled vehicles.
