Qualification and Experience:
- Sixteen years of formal education with a degree in Mass Communication / Media Studies / Journalism / Management Science with specialization in Marketing from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, FB updates, Twitter updates, press releases, and podcasts).
- Manage end-to-end digital projects & Campaigns.
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness & progress among our stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media using all the popular communication mediums.
- Liaise with other departments & teams to ensure brand consistency & frequent updates on social media.
- Carry out surveys from time to time to get feedback and process complaints received on social media.
- Suggest and implement new campaigns to augment no. of followers on popular mediums.
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Manager Communications from time to time.
