Job Opportunity at Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority: Join as “HR Officer” || Feb-2025

Excising Job Opportunity of 2025 at Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA).
Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) has been established through the enactment of the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024 by the Government of Punjab (GoPb) with an aim to streamline regulatory measures across the Punjab for better and more effective enforcement of special laws.
PERA invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and motivated individuals for the position of “HR Officer”.

Details are as follows:

No. of Positions: 01

Employment Status: Contract

Gender: Both

Age: 22 – 70

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university; and
  • 2 years’ post-qualification relevant experience including at least one years’ experience in public sector.

Note: Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority.

Job Description:

HR Officer will assist Dy Manager HR in HR management, including orientation, training need assessment, payroll management, so employees can receive their salaries and learning development on time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the recruiting process of the employees and their file management.
  • To assist the HR Officer in implementing attendance management system and put up daily and monthly attendance reports.
  • Tol assist the HR Officer in developing and supervising a performance appraisal system.
  • To assist the HR Officer in assessment of training needs to apply and monitor training & capacity building program for the employee.
  • To develop and maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • To  the HR operations for
  • Any other tasked assigned by competent Authority.

Competencies & Personal Attributes:

  • Presentation skills and report writing.
  • An understanding of HR management strategies.
  • Must possess thorough understanding of procedures related to contractual appointments.
  • Should have proficiency in the use of IT
  • Integrity and Empathy
  • Conflict Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, i.e. written and verbal
