Position Title: Finance Associate

Employment Status: Contract

Gender: Both

Age: 22 – 40 Years

Location: Lahore

Qualification & Experience::

Masters in Finance / Accounts / ACCA from HEC recognized institute
02 years experience in relevant field

Job Responsibilities:

Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
Help oversee and manage individual accounts.
Responsible for managing, tracking, and updating the accounting record.
Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
Manage cash controls as well as maintain book keeping up-to-date.
Review and adhere to departmental budgets
Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.
Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified.
Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees.
Assist the Manager Finance in creating financial reports on a regular basis.
To make presentations, projections, write and edit financial reports.
Assist the Manager Finance and executives with projects and tasks when required.
Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
Assist in preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc. as required.
Adhere to the PPIF’s financial policies and procedures.
Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
Any other duty/task assigned by the Manager Finance.
