PPIF invites job applications of suitable candidate for the position of “Admin & HR Associate”.

Employment Status: Contract

Gender: Both

Age: 22 – 40 Years

Location: Lahore

Qualification & Experience::

  • Masters/Bachelors (Hons) i.e. 16-Years Education in Business Administration / Human Resource Management
  • 01 year experience in relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Handle payroll documentation and ensure accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as office management, document filing, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation as required.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate HR records and compliance documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR and administrative matters.
  • Organize and manage office supplies, logistics, and facility management.
  • Assist in handling grievances, conflict resolution, and employee relations activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
  • Participate in policy development and process improvement initiatives.
  • Any other duty/task assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.
