We are looking for the services of a dynamic, exceptionally sound and self-motivated professional for the position of “Head of Classified Business” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Position Title: Head of Classified Business

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing sales, business management, operations, or a related domain.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, team leadership, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, classifieds platforms, or the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As Head of Classifieds at PakWheels.com, you’ll drive revenue growth through innovative monetization strategies and platform enhancements. Leading sales and operations teams, you’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to deliver an exceptional buyer and seller experience. Using market research, you’ll identify trends and opportunities to boost performance and shape the future of the classifieds segment. Key responsibilities for this job are as follows:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the classifieds segment, aligned with the company’s overarching goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative monetization strategies and the introduction of new product offerings for both end consumers and used car dealers.
  • Build and enhance a world-class buyer and seller experience through continuous platform improvements and innovation.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of professionals, including inside sales, dealer sales, and operations teams across Pakistan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Support, to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the classifieds and automotive industries.
  • Establish and track KPIs, ensuring consistent performance monitoring and improvement.
