We are looking for the services of a dynamic, exceptionally sound and self-motivated professional for the position of “Assistant Manager Sales & Operations” at Islamabad / Rawalpindi.

Position Title: Assistant Manager Sales & Operations
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 – 4 Years of Experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire sales teams.
- Visit to the market with team for the team training & audits purpose.
- Ability in Auditing Contact Centre, Maintain check and balance on the team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and actionable analysis.
- Persistent, hardworking, passionate (about sales & cars), and creative.
- Collaborating with marketing, finance, and other departments to enhance sales strategies.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and sales targets.
Responsibilities:
As Operations Lead at PakWheels.com, you’ll be responsible for scaling and optimizing services through process design, managing audits, and enhancing internal and external communications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to track projects, resolve bottlenecks, analyze performance metrics, and build strong client relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and risk management. Key responsibilities for this job are as follows:
- Scale and professionalize our services through process design and optimization.
- Contribute to the creation of internal and external communications, including executive reports, presentations, analysis, strategic plans, and other ad-hoc materials.
- Keep projects on track day to day, solve bottlenecks, re-prioritize efforts and analyze the impact across OKRs.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness.
