Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the apex body of the ministry of IT and Telecommunication is hiring “Digital Media Officer” at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Digital Media Officer
No. of Positions: 01
Employment Status: Contract
Age: Maximum 50 years as of deadline for application submission.
Location: Islamabad
Qualification:
- Minimum 16 Years of education with a degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / IT / Management / Telecommunication / Business Administration / Project-Management / Human Resources / Social Sciences/ or related from HEC recognized foreign or local University.
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of relevant work post qualification experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing social media of the project.
- Website with creative updates.
- Compatible presentation of the project on social media with proper layouts and designs.
- Awareness on social media campaigns.
- Collaboration with sponsors for all the events.
- Coordinating all public relations activities.
- Events & PR.
- Looking after awareness about the project (Using multiple means like Newspaper, Cable Ads, TV shows, Radio shows and awareness sessions).
- Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and annual events.
- Travel as per requirements.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Monitoring Co-working spaces and timely generation of project progress reports.
- Coordinate with Co-working spaces for daily reports and tasks.
- Ensuring complete documentation of sites and timely resolution of issues for project operations.
- Participating in administrative staff meetings.
- Compatible presentation of the project on social media with proper layouts and designs.
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.).
