Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise responsible for the exploration, mining and marketing of various minerals. Operates under the administrative control of Ministry of Energy, Petroleum Division, Government of Pakistan.
PMDC invites applications for the post of “Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)“ on open contract basis.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Age: 30 Years
Qualification and Experience:
- CA/CMA/ACCA/ MBA Degree in Finance from reputed HEC recognized University.
- 2– 3 years in Finance & Accounting Operations.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions by accurately entering financial data, ensuring that all revenue, expenses, and payments are correctly documented in the accounting system.
- Process invoices by reviewing and validating invoices, preparing payments, and ensuring timely processing to maintain smooth accounts payable operations.
- Prepare basic financial reports by consolidating data from daily operations to provide management with insights into financial performance and cash flow.
- Assist in accounts reconciliation by comparing and reconciling financial records with bank statements.
- Maintain the aging of accounts payables by tracking outstanding payments for CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring timely payments to avoid overdue penalties.
