National Foods Limited is hiring “Route to Market Lead” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Location: Lahore

Job Purpose:

To lead RTM optimization efforts that maximize operational efficiency and ensure sustainable distributor ROI, while maintaining market hygiene through robust standards and effective controls. Champion performance-driven initiatives, including strategic target setting and seamless execution in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Qualification:

  • Graduate

Experience:

  •  4-6 years relevant experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement RTM frameworks within assigned regional clusters, ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously refine RTM models based on market dynamics, driving sustainable growth and improved trade effectiveness.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in RTM operations, fostering a streamlined market ecosystem.
  • Ensure FEFO management across trade through the Merchandising Force, maintaining stock freshness at the retail level.
  • Execute Destruction SOPs across the distribution network, preventing expired stock circulation.
  • Highlight near-expiry stock in trade and ensure timely liquidation/rotation before expiry.
  • Monitor and support distributor profitability (ROI) at the execution level, ensuring a balance between investment and returns.
  • Conduct regular distributor performance reviews, providing insights to improve trade efficiencies.
  • Uphold market hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with policies and addressing trade violations proactively.
  • Lead universe expansion initiatives, working with field teams to identify growth opportunities in new and existing towns, territories, zones, and regions.
  • Ensure structured coordination with respective regions for smooth execution of RTM initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a sales communication platform, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment across regional sales teams.
