The National Commission on the Rights of Child (NCRC) is an independent statutory body established by the Government of Pakistan for the promotion, protection, and fulfilment of children’s rights in Pakistan.
The National Commission on the Rights of Child is looking for the services of exceptionally sound and self-motivated professional for the position of “Accounts Officer” at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:

Age: 18 – 35
Domicile Quota: Merit
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or PIPFA qualified Degree from HEC recognized University
- Experience: No experience required
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts-related work, including audits, budgetary calculations, financial documentation, and compliance.
- Prepare salary bills, vet cash/work plans, and reconcile statements with spending units.
- Prepare notes for approval of chairperson and prepare cheques, invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist the Assistant Director in financial planning, policymaking, funding arrangements, and management.
- Ensure procurement rules & regulations.
- Any other task assigned by the Chairperson, members and director.
