NADRA is inviting applications, from energetic and self-driven individuals who are ready to contribute actively to the organization, for the position of Deputy Director – Monitoring & Evaluation at Islamabad Headquarter.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Deputy Director – Monitoring & Evaluation

Employment Status: Contract
Age: 50 years
Location: Islamabad
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) or equivalent from HEC recognized University
- Master’s degree will be preferred
- Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC
Professional Experience:
- At least 5 years post qualification with field operations experience in intelligence setups and forensic investigations, with clean service record.
- Intelligence, law enforcement and forensic investigation courses from reputable institutions will be preferred.
- Experience of senior management role in Pakistani Law Enforcement Agencies, Intelligence Bureau (IB), Police, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Armed Forces and others.
- Strong leadership, management and strategic planning skills.
Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
- 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
- Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
- Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
